“Catch as catch can.”

Catch Wrestling involves both pins and submissions. This is the perfect style for adult wrestlers looking to blend jiu jitsu with wrestling. Practices will typically be lower intensity than the Folkstyle/Freestyle practices as it is catered towards adults who would like to continue wrestling as a hobby.

Open to wrestlers of all ages with a USA Wrestling membership
