Folkstyle & Freestyle

The classic styles. Practices are highly structured with technique and intensity. Be consistent and arrive ready to learn and work hard.

We will focus on whatever style fits the current season. Typically June – March will be Folkstyle and March – July will be Freestyle. During the periods of overlap we will address how situations work in both styles and let wrestlers practice what is most ideal for them at that time.

Open to serious wrestlers of all ages with a USA Wrestling membership.
